EFFICACY OF BICYCLOL APPLICATION IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF NON-ALCOHOLIC STEATHOHEPATITIS IN PATIENTS WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

The аim of research – to establish the probable eff ect Bicyclol on clinicalmanifestations nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, markers hepatocyte cytolysis,cholestasis, mesenchymal infl ammation in patients with steatohepatitisnonalcoholic and diabetes mellitus type 2, degree hepatocytesteatosis stage liver fi brosis.Methods. Studies were conducted treatment dynamics 60 NASHwith 2 moderate severity. Clinical, biochemical, sonographic,bibliosemantic, statistical methods used.Results. ectiveness exceeded intensity therapeutic oftraditional therapy (essential phospholipids) by reducing clinicalsyndromes anonalcoholic steatohepatitis: astheno- vegetative, abdominal discomfort,dyspepsia, cholestasis, hepatomegaly (p<0,05), as well activity biochemicalsyndromes: cytolysis, decreasedsteatosis contributed reversal brosis (p<0,05).Conclusions. is more ective than traditional nonalcoholicsteatohepatitis against a background may berecommended for use rst-line 3 months 1 or times year.
